Privacy Policy

What we collect

Miami Debt Help does not require an account or login to use the site. We collect two kinds of information:

• Analytics data. Standard web analytics (page views, general location at the city/region level, device and browser type, referring site) collected automatically through Google Analytics, using cookies. This is aggregate usage data — it's not tied to your name or used to identify you individually.
• Information you submit directly. If you use the listing or error report forms, or the anonymous question box on the homepage, we collect what you type into that form. The question box is anonymous by design and doesn't ask for contact information; the other forms ask for an email only when you want a response.

How we use it

Analytics data shapes what content we prioritize — for example, noticing that a lot of people are asking about wage garnishment tells us that's worth a dedicated guide. Information submitted through a form is used to act on that specific submission: reviewing a listing request, correcting a reported error, or following up if you asked us to.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we never sell a visitor's contact information to multiple buyers or use it for warm transfers, robocalls, or SMS marketing — see How We Make Money for the fuller set of hard lines this site operates under.

Cookies

This site uses cookies through Google Analytics to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still function, though usage measurement won't.

Third-party services

Google Analytics processes the usage data described above under its own privacy terms. As form submissions get connected to a processing service, that service and its role will be named here before it goes live.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the "last updated" date above will change and, for a significant change, we'll note what changed rather than silently editing it.
